Recently Completed Specialty Cheese Vat Fabrication

 

1 - 3,500 gallon unit fabricated into 2 new 1,600 gallon Hot Water Tanks.  Cut pan to 1,600 gallons.  End Result:  2 new 1,600 gallon tanks with existing pan and skins.
